English – Standard Terms and Conditions for Short-Term Rental

1. Booking and Payment Reservations are confirmed upon full payment or deposit as indicated on the website. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund minus administration fee. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.

4. House Rules No smoking indoors. Pets only allowed with prior agreement. Guests must comply with local laws and property rules.

5. Liability Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. The host is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings.

6. Force Majeure The host is not liable for events beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

7. Disputes Any disputes shall be governed by Danish law and settled in Danish courts.
